Saffron Circle Skirt Sewing Pattern

The Saffron Circle Skirt is intended to fit you at the waist but still be able to slide over your hips since it doesn’t have a zipper.

You can make it with a fully elasticated waistband or you can make it with a half elasticated waistband meaning it's flat at the front and elasticated at the back.

You can use this pattern to make a regular circle skirt or a double circle skirt which has more flounce to it.
